What is Quality Mobile Labs?

Quality Mobile Labs is a mobile phlebotomy and specimen collection service that provides convenient, professional lab specimen collection at your home, workplace, or care facility. We also offer online self-pay lab test purchasing, allowing patients to order select lab tests without a doctor’s order. All specimens are collected by trained professionals and delivered to accredited laboratories such as LabCorp & Quest Diagnostics.

Does Quality Mobile Labs Perform Lab testing?

No, Quality Mobile Labs does not perform lab testing or provide diagnoses. We collect specimens and deliver them to certified laboratories such as LabCorp & Quest Diagnostics for analysis.

Do I need a doctor's order?

No physician order is required for self-pay lab tests purchased online.

Who can use our services?

Our services are available to individuals, healthcare providers, uninsured patients, employers, homebound patients, seniors, assisted-living facilities, and legal.

What is the cost for a mobile blood draw?

Starting price for mobile draw is $65. The price covers convenience for the patient and travel cost for the phlebotomist.

Don't see the test you want?

Call us or send an email request. Include the name of the test so we can confirm availability and work to add the test if possible.

How do I cancel or re-schedule a mobile draw?

Please contact us by email at least 2 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid unnecessary travel by the phlebotomist.

How long do appointments usually take?

Our appointments usually have a 30-minute window to ensure patients are properly assigned, orders are reviewed and all paperwork is completed.

How do I obtain my results; and what if I need a prescription?

Create your own account in the patient portal through Crelio Health. If you cannot access your results, contact us and we will assist you to make results available to you.

Note****Prescriptions will be given in some cases not all, please message us and we will connect you with our Authorized Provider for further assistance.

Does insurance cover my lab test or mobile draw?

Quality Mobile Labs operates as a self-pay, direct-to-consumer website. Insurance is not accepted for tests purchased online. However, for mobile draws, for any services requested by homebound patients, group homes or nursing facilities, insurance may be used for laboratory tests only when ordered by a physician. A mobile draw convenience & travel fee is required and must be paid the day of service. This fee is not included in insurance billing and is not submitted as part of the insurance claim. The lab test order by your doctor will be filed by the testing laboratory.
